I had a pleasant experience staying at Parle International. The location is extremely convenient, being just a 2-minute walk from Vile Parle station. The rooms are spacious and equipped with basic amenities such as a cozy bed, hair dryer, air conditioning, and a tea and coffee maker. The staff is exceptionally courteous and responsive, making my business trip more enjoyable.

The bathrooms showed signs of aging, and the breakfast options could use improvement.

The hotel suffers from some serious drawbacks. The rooms are hit-or-miss. some had AC issues or unpleasant odors in the bathrooms. On one visit, noise from refurbishments disrupted my rest, and the dining area seemed chaotic with poorly organized breakfast service. Despite the convenient location near the airport and railway station, the overall experience leaves much to be desired due to inconsistent maintenance and cleanliness, along with less-than-ideal room service.

The location was super convenient & staff were polite. 😊 the breakfast spread was pretty poor and could use some serious improvement. it was an okay stay for 5 nights in an Executive Double or Twin Room.

The room was spacious and clean, but only after the housekeeping got it right. It had a comfy bed, which was a nice surprise. the AC was pretty old and not very reliable. The bathroom had some issues with smells at times. the comfort level varied a lot depending on how well it was maintained. Breakfast was decent, but it could have had more variety.

Had a great time with friends here! We explored the vibrant local market and visited the nearby temple. The staff was super helpful, especially Faizal Sir, who ensured our rooms were close. The gym provided a solid workout, and the food at the restaurant was tasty.

The only downside was that the breakfast could have offered a bit more variety.
